Description
Extremely rare 1/43rd scale handbuilt model of March 82G BMW competition car as raced in 1982.
Sponsored by Red Lobster Racing, David Cowart and Kenper Miller installed the engine from their GTO winning BMW M1 into the March 82G chassis for the 20th Annual 24 Hour Pepsi Challenge held at Daytona in January 1982. Although they started 11th on the grid, the engine did not last and they ended up in 60th place overall.
Made in Canda by famed builder Dean Paolucci many years ago to a very high standard, mounted on custom perspex base, in excellent condition with original box. I only have one of this almost impossible to find model.
