Very rare 1/43rd scale handbuilt model of the Chevy V8 powered Cheetah roadster, the only car ever in this configuration (the others were all coupes)

Owned by Ralph Salyer and driven by him with fellow American Nate Karras in the Road America 500 mile race held at Elkhart Lake on Septemebr 13, 1964

This unique model was professionally built for mimodels some years ago before Marsh released their very fine versions. It was heavily modified from a George Turner kit, mounted on plinth with outer box. This is the only one I have of this unique model. We also have a red coupe version, race number 14 in stock.
